Every engagement begins with a free, no-obligation discovery call. The commercial proposal, including the price and schedule specific to your situation, is confirmed in writing before the engagement begins.
No pricing is published publicly on the site: each proposal is calibrated during the scoping call and confirmed in writing before any engagement. Payment terms (deposit, balance) are specified at the time of order.
Services are delivered entirely remotely, in English, following the process described on each offer page.
For business clients, the statutory right of withdrawal does not automatically apply; cancellation terms are specified in the commercial proposal for each engagement.
These services are consulting and audit engagements; recommendations issued do not create liability for the provider beyond a best-efforts obligation.
Applicable law will be specified once the business is legally incorporated (see legal notice). In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a priority.
